Rokotukseen saapuessa mukana tulee olla lapsen molempien huoltajien täyttämä lomake

Information on covid-19 vaccines for children aged 5-11
Starting from Monday 3.1.2022 it is possible to reserve time for Covid-19 vaccination for children aged 5-11 years via Kaskinen health center phone number: 045-232 2200.
When you arrive to the vaccination, you must have have written consent / a signature of child’s both parents in a guardians consent form by THL you can print from the link here:
